The property address, the approximate age and number of stories, whether there is a crawl space or garage below living space, and photos of the foundation and crawl space if you can access them.
Are the drawings and calculations ready for permit submittal?
Yes. We prepare stamped structural drawings and calculations for the retrofit, including documentation for a local retrofit ordinance where one applies. The city issues the permit; we support you through their review.
Do I need architectural plans before you start?
Generally no. Retrofits work from the existing structure, so photos, dimensions, and an on-site review are usually enough to define the scope.
