The property address, the type of ADU (detached, garage conversion, or junior ADU), approximate size, and any drawings you already have. Architectural plans, a site plan, or even photos and sketches help us scope the engineering accurately.
Are the drawings and calculations ready for permit submittal?
Yes. We prepare stamped structural drawings and calculations formatted for submittal to your local building department. Permit approval is issued by the city, not by us, and we support you through any comments they return.
Do I need architectural plans before you start?
Architectural plans make the engineering more efficient, but they are not always required to begin. If you do not have them yet, we can review what you have and tell you what is needed before structural work starts.
